I'm a Master Nutrition Therapist.
For the entire decade of my 20's, I struggled with chronic constipation and debilitating bloating. After my first meal of the day, my stomach seemed to grow by the hour and what I desperately wanted was to not have to unbutton my pants to get through the workday or look 6 months pregnant by the end of each night.
I was searching for answers, but all I really got was a diagnosis of IBS and sent on my own way.
This led me to leave my corporate career behind to study nutrition and become a functional practitioner.
And now after being able to heal my own gut, I feel incredibly passionate about helping other individuals avoid the full decade struggle with digestive distress that I experienced.

I support my clients with personalized dietary/lifestyle strategies and supplement protocols that are targeted for their individual needs. What works nutritionally for one person does not necessarily work for the next person.

Finding The Root Cause
I do not believe in simply chasing symptoms. No band-aid approaches here! Instead I bring in functional testing to identify the root causes of imbalances within the body to restore optimal function.
